The Lavender Thread Project
The Lavender Thread Project is inspired by the Equal Rights for All ballot initiative. The initiative would codify marriage equality, access to birth control, access to safe legal abortion, access to fertility treatments, and access to gender-affirming care. I asked myself, “How do we get people invested in access to gender affirming care for our transgender neighbors?” My long journey brought me to The Lavender Thread Project.

Trader Joe’s Brand Audit
Pushing a great brand to be greater. My team researched Trader Joe’s and what made it tick. In order to fuel their positioning of being a friendly neighborhood grocery store, we give our suggestions to Trader Joe’s. (Hint: It’s a community-sourced cookbook in addition to store displays of your neighbors’ recipes seen regionally.
